Easy Care Tips For Your Aeonium ‘Green Witch’
Difficulty – Aeonium ‘Green Witch’ is very Easy / Low Maintenance
Water – When completely dry.
Do not let them sit in water, remove any excess water after 2 hours to avoid Root-Rot.
Apr – Sept Water when dry (about once every 7-10 days)– Drench… Drain… Dry right out… Repeat.
Oct – Mar Water sparingly (3 or 4 tbs once a month). If keeping below 10 Degrees do not water at all, you will likely kill them.
Light – Most succulents thrive on sunshine.
Outside they get the best mix of light rays, but only when the frost has gone!
Thrives in the sunshine – Keep in your sunniest spot if growing inside. Conservatories and porches are great options as well as sunny windowsills, but outside in summer is best.
Heat – Do not let your succulents freeze.
Most succulents will tolerate low temperatures but do not want to freeze. Succulents will go dormant under 10 degrees and will not grow. In this state they do not need any water, in fact watering will likely kill them when dormant. Similarly during the hottest days they will also be dormant and not need watering.
