Air plants typically grow in warm, humid climates and are often found in tropical rainforests, mountain forests, Arid deserts, coastal and subtropical regions.
Air plants are epiphytes, meaning they can grow on trees, rocks, or even cacti – without taking nutrients from the host. They absorb moisture and nutrients from the air and rain through specialized scales on their leaves.
