I received my fabulous plants yesterday in excellent condition. Although the Royal Mail had said they’d deliver between 10.20am and 2.20pm they didn’t arrive until 7pm! but really glad they were delivered. If only their service were as good as yours!

Many thanks,
Just to say that your lovely succulents arrived safely today. Thank you for the quick reply and good wrapping. They are now safely potted in my greenhouse where they will be well looked after. I know the effort it takes to grow these plants, which I have been doing for 40 years + so they will be cared for.

Thank you for the “Compton Carousel”. Beautifully packed and a lovely plant. Thank you, it is my second order from you and the other plant was superb, as was the packing!Dear Ottershaw Cacti.
Thank you for the above order safely received.
Having purchased a number of aeoniums from yourself, others and eBay, I must say that I would always prefer to purchase from you.
Reason for this is that the plants are received mature, healthy, good root ball and well packed, so that after a short rest they thrive quickly.
Regards
Ron

Package arrived wrapped beautifully as a gorgeous gift from my sister. Unfortunately one of the succulents didn’t travel so well. But after contacting the team, I received great advice and as promised the beautiful little plant recovered perfectly within a week.
